Why Vietnam matters right now
Vietnam is no longer a place where battery work happens by accident. Cell assembly, pack integration, two-wheeler electrification and grid storage projects are all moving at the same time, and the supply base behind them has become serious enough that European and Turkish buyers can no longer treat the region as an afterthought.
Two things make it different from the usual sourcing story. The engineering depth is local, not imported. And the decision cycles are short, which means a conversation in September can turn into a sample in November rather than a follow-up email next year.
The corridors we work across

Most companies pick one direction and hire someone local. The work that actually pays off sits in the translation between them, because a specification written in Stuttgart and a production line in Hanoi rarely fail on the specification. They fail on what nobody wrote down.

Cell and component suppliers ready for European qualification, with the documentation discipline that comes with it.
Pack and BESS integrators looking for engineering support on safety architecture, validation and industrialisation.
OEMs and importers that need a technical counterpart on the ground rather than a trading intermediary.
Energy storage developers working on projects where the battery decision is still open.
