You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by writing to info@emobino.com, and we then stop sending. The form is processed on Wix.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and prepare proposals.
• To assess Gateway applications and Expert Network registrations, and to contact applicants and experts about relevant opportunities.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in running our business and website, your consent (for example for Gateway and Expert Network registrations), or a legal obligation.

Sharing information

We share personal information only where needed:

• With third-party service providers that host the website, process forms, deliver email and provide website statistics. They act on our instructions and must keep the information confidential and secure.
• With potential partners, buyers or clients: for Gateway applicants only after you agree to an introduction, and for Expert Network members only after the expert agrees to a specific project.
• With professional advisers, or with authorities where the law requires it.
• With a successor organization if our business is reorganized or transferred.

International transfers

eMOBINO works across several countries, and our service providers operate globally. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country in which you live. When this happens, we take appropriate measures so that it remains protected in line with this notice and applicable data protection laws.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, including any business relationship that follows, and to meet legal requirements. Gateway applications and Expert Network profiles are kept until you ask us to remove them or withdraw your consent.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access your personal information, correct or delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, write to info@emobino.com. We respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Cookies and similar technologies

• The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
• Website statistics are collected without cookies: for each visit we record the pages viewed, the time spent on them, the referring site, the country and the device type, under a random visit number kept only for that browser session. No name, email address or IP address is stored.
• The eMOBINO Assistant processes the messages you type or speak. They are sent to the artificial intelligence, speech-to-text and text-to-speech service providers we use, which may process them on servers outside your country (including outside the EU and Türkiye). Please do not enter personal, confidential or financial information into the assistant.
• Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser and never sent to us.
• Embedded videos load only when you choose to play them; the video platform may then apply its own cookies.
