About eMOBINO
Engineering Depth and Strategic Clarity for Complex Mobility and Energy Systems
eMOBINO operates at the intersection of energy, mobility, and innovation, supporting organizations that are building, scaling, and investing in advanced electric and clean energy systems.
As these systems grow in size and complexity, success is no longer defined by technology choices alone. Outcomes are shaped by how engineering decisions, strategic intent, organizational structure, and execution discipline come together from the very beginning.
eMOBINO exists to help decision-makers navigate this complexity with clarity, realism, and confidence.
Who We Are
eMOBINO is an independent engineering and strategic advisory platform focused on electric mobility, battery systems, and energy storage.
Our role is not limited to analysis or recommendations. We support programs across their full lifecycle, from early concept and feasibility to validated, industrialized, and operational systems. We work closely with executive teams, engineers, and investors who need decisions that hold up in practice, not only in theory.
We believe that strong outcomes come from aligned systems, not isolated optimizations.
Our View on Energy and Mobility
The global transition toward electrified mobility and clean energy is accelerating rapidly. Batteries, power electronics, software, and grid-connected systems are evolving faster than many organizations and supply chains can adapt.
From our experience, the most critical challenges appear at system boundaries:
-
between vehicle platforms and battery architecture
-
between engineering design and industrialization
-
between global technology and local ecosystems
-
between investment ambition and operational reality
eMOBINO approaches these challenges as system-level problems. Our focus is on integration, scalability, safety, and long-term performance.
Why eMOBINO
eMOBINO’s scope reflects how modern energy and mobility systems are built in practice.
Our work spans:
-
electric vehicle platforms and xEV system architecture
-
battery packs, modules, and battery management systems
-
grid-scale and distributed energy storage systems
-
high-voltage electrical and electronic architectures
-
power electronics, propulsion systems, and control software
-
functional safety, validation, and global regulatory compliance
-
industrialization, localization, and scale-up strategies
These domains are treated as interconnected parts of a single system, not independent silos.
Mission
To help organizations navigate complex energy and electric mobility challenges with clarity, engineering discipline, and real-world execution experience.
Our mission is to translate advanced technology into systems that work reliably at scale, enabling informed decisions that stand the test of industrial reality, regulatory demands, and long-term sustainability.
Vision
To be a trusted reference point for engineering-led strategy in the global energy and mobility transition.
Our vision is a future where clean energy and electrified mobility systems are not only innovative, but also resilient, scalable, and economically sound.
About the Founder
Mustafa Simsek
eMOBINO was founded by Mustafa Şimşek, an engineering and technology leader with more than sixteen years of experience dedicated exclusively to electric mobility, battery systems, and energy technologies across Türkiye, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
His career has evolved alongside the electric vehicle industry itself, from early concept programs and demonstrators to industrialized, export-ready platforms and utility-scale energy systems.
Rather than focusing on a single technology layer, his work has consistently covered the full lifecycle, from system architecture and feasibility to validation, certification, and manufacturing readiness.

Scale and Track Record
Mustafa’s track record reflects sustained, hands-on delivery across electric mobility, battery, and energy systems, spanning early research, system architecture, industrialization, and scale-up.
Over more than sixteen years across Türkiye, Europe, and Southeast Asia, his work has consistently focused on turning complex technologies into real, operational systems under industrial, regulatory, and commercial constraints.
His portfolio includes over twenty products delivered to series production, more than fifty niche and advanced concept programs, and a body of innovation comprising over ten international patents and peer-reviewed technical publications.
Beyond volume, his career is marked by multiple industry-first programs, including Türkiye’s first OEM-homologated battery electric vehicle, the country’s first hydrogen fuel-cell mobility application, Europe’s first one hundred kilowatt wireless charging demonstrator, and Vietnam’s first export-ready electric vehicle battery packs and utility-scale energy storage systems.
This experience also includes leadership of large, multi-site engineering organizations and ownership of complex, cross-border programs, where technical decisions carried long-term implications for safety, cost, scalability, and market readiness.
The result is a profile shaped not by isolated achievements, but by repeated execution at scale and responsibility for outcomes that endure.
