Typical engagements include, but are not limited to:

• Temporary CTO or Chief Engineer roles

• Independent board member or board advisory positions

• Technology governance during growth, restructuring, or recovery phases

• Escalation support during delays, supplier exits, or critical failures

• Pre-investment or post-investment technical decision support

This role is frequently delivered directly to:

• boards of directors,

• and executive leadership teams.

Commercial model: Monthly fixed-fee engagements with clearly defined scope, authority boundaries, and objectives.

Expert as a Service

Independent technical authority. Direction, not execution.

​

Expert as a Service provides on-demand access to senior technical expertise focused on judgment, framing, and guidance.

​

The expert does not replace internal teams.

The expert reviews, challenges, and steers them toward robust and defensible solutions.

Typical contributions include, but are not limited to:

• Technology strategy across mobility, battery, and energy domains

• System architecture guidance and design governance

• Independent third-eye design and concept reviews

• Risk identification and mitigation direction

• Interpretation of test, simulation, and validation results

• Functional safety, compliance, and system-level readiness direction

• Sensitive advisory for field incidents and critical failures

Engineer as a Service

Engineer as a Service delivers engineering execution through a curated expert network, coordinated and governed by eMOBINO.

This model enables organizations to access real design and development capability without permanent headcount commitments. Typical activities include, but are not limited to:

• Functional safety–compliant design elevation
