Design Review & Value Optimization

We run structured battery pack design reviews across architecture, safety, thermal, mechanical, and BMS. Then we drive true Value Optimization, which in our language is never simple cost reduction. It is the disciplined balancing of safety, quality, mass reduction, thermal headroom, and long-term reliability, with BOM cost brought down without ever compromising the pack. Cheaper is easy. Requirement analysis and target specification

Most teams lock the hardware before they have defined real cell-to-pack targets and duty cycles. Everything downstream then pays for it. We set the electrical, thermal, and mechanical targets before the geometry freezes.


Concept architecture and pack integration

The wrong cell format or pack concept caps your energy density on day one. We evaluate cylindrical, prismatic, and pouch cells, and design module-free Cell-to-Pack (CTP) structures and enclosure integration that fit your product, not a supplier catalog.


Advanced thermal management

If a pack only survives on a spreadsheet, it will fail on the road. We design active liquid and phase-change cooling, run CFD flow simulation, and build the cell-to-cell barriers that stop one hot cell triggering thermal runaway across the whole pack.


BMS hardware and software development

A battery you cannot reprogram is a battery you do not control. We define Battery Management System topology, select the analog front end, develop state estimation for SoC, SoH, and SoP, and implement CAN bus and SAE J1939 communication. Your logic, your keys.


Battery safety and functional safety (ISO 26262)

Skip the hazard analysis and safety comes back as a recall. We run HARA, define ASIL safety goals, and design fail-safe BMS states before an auditor does it for you.


DVP&R validation and physical testing

Packs fail in the test you never ran. We structure the Design Verification Plan and Report, and the thermal shock, vibration, and abuse testing that finds the failure while it is still cheap to fix.


Regulatory guidance and certification

Certification is where confident programs quietly stall. We map the right framework to your market and product and drive it to sign-off.


Supplier scouting, audits, and technical negotiation

The wrong cell supplier can sink a program that was perfect on paper. We audit cell, BMS, and contactor vendors through our global network, and secure the technical and commercial terms you would never reach alone.


Technical due diligence

Investors do not fund promises, they fund proof. We deliver subsystem and full-project technical due diligence reports that hold up in a hard technical room.
