Why Vietnam matters right now
Vietnam is no longer a place where battery work happens by accident. Cell assembly, pack integration, two-wheeler electrification and grid storage projects are all moving at the same time, and the supply base behind them has become serious enough that European and Turkish buyers can no longer treat the region as an afterthought. In China and across Asia, electric vehicles are called new energy vehicles (NEV).
Two things make it different from the usual sourcing story. The engineering depth is local, not imported. And the decision cycles are short, which means a conversation in September can turn into a sample in November rather than a follow-up email next year.
